Hours and Scheduling:

By appointment only. Please call or text (530) 638-6000 to book your appointment today. If I"m busy with a client please leave a message and I will get back to you right away. 

Cancelation Policy: 

It's understandable that life happens and sometimes we need to change our schedules at the last minute. In order to be fair and consistent with the other clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This will allow for someone else to book an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice please call as soon as possible. There is a charge for charge for appointment canceled without notice for holding the space. 

No-shows

Clients that miss an appointment without calling are considered a no-show. There is a charge for reserving that time. 

Later Arrivals:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the following appointment. Regardless of the length of time the session starts you will be responsible for the "full" session. Out of respect to the therapist and other customers please plan accordingly to arrive on time.
